Website design services: If you are not satisfied with the website design services provided by XDCODER, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. To request a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation of the issues you have experienced. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund for the amount paid for the design services. Please note that any additional services, such as content creation or maintenance, are not eligible for a refund.
Domain registration: If you have registered a domain through XDCODER and wish to cancel the registration, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the registration being completed. To request a refund, please contact us with your domain name and the reason for the cancellation. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the domain registration.
Hosting services: If you are not satisfied with the hosting services provided by XDCODER, you may request a refund within 7 days of the start of the hosting period. To request a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation of the issues you have experienced. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund for the hosting fees paid for the period in question.
Please note that our refund policy is subject to change and that all requests for refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
